Our goal is to be unparalleled in our work and service. To guarantee a reliable and extraordinary experience for you, we have established the following studio guidelines. They help us maintain an intentional, organized schedule and ensure every client receives our absolute, undivided attention. We deeply appreciate your adherence to these parameters.

PHOTO SESSION GUIDELINES

01 / STUDIO ENVIRONMENT & INTEGRITY

Our studio is completely exclusive to photographing women for both our boudoir and fine art portrait sessions, with absolutely no exceptions. To guarantee the ultimate private pampering experience, we kindly request that you come alone—leave your partner, friends, pets, and children at home. Our space is exclusively yours during your portrait set to ensure absolute privacy with zero external distractions, though you are more than welcome to invite a trusted guest to join you specifically for your photo reveal session afterward.

All fine art clients must be 18 years of age or older and have completed high school (valid photo ID may be requested on your contract); however, we offer dedicated senior portrait photography and maintain a trusted environment for both teens and parents. Furthermore, we steer clear of producing nudes that are exploitative or pornographic, as such imagery is completely misaligned with our artistic principles.

02 / ARTISTIC STYLE & RETOUCHING

We stay entirely true to our signature photography style so clients always know the exact caliber and aesthetic of the imagery they will receive. Professional editing includes custom airbrushing to soften facial blemishes, dark circles, cellulite, and bruising, alongside enhanced color and image sharpening. Please note that we strictly do not offer body modification or physical reshaping services in post-production. To maintain our editorial standards, we do not offer pinup photography unless it is part of an exclusive studio promotion, and we actively avoid using or allowing kitschy props, costumes, or poses. You are highly encouraged to take advantage of our complimentary pre-consultation session over the phone to map out your specific artistic vision.

03 / REVEAL, DELIVERY & PRIVACY

Let’s keep the magic entirely intact for your final reveal; we hold a strict no "sneak peeks" policy before your pictures are picture-perfect, and we kindly ask that you avoid snapping personal photos or videos of your photo reveal slideshow during your screening. Expect your complete, finalized portrait gallery to be delivered within 2 to 4 weeks, depending entirely on our current creative queue. We deeply respect your boundaries, and no photo sharing ever occurs on our website, blog, marketing, or social media without your explicit, written consent. If you choose to opt-in by signing a model release form to showcase your empowering transformation, we will happily add two bonus digital images to your final package alongside a complimentary "before" hair and makeup transformation snapshot as a token of our gratitude.

SCHEDULING & PAYMENT POLICIES

01 / RESERVATIONS & INSTALLMENTS

Select your ideal installment plan at checkout to pay once upfront or split the investment over three months. If you choose a 3-month installment, you authorize us to automatically charge your card on the same date for the next three months, making it entirely hassle-free.

Due to the bespoke nature of luxury portraiture, all payments made to the studio are strictly non-refundable with absolutely no exceptions. Because of the nature of our boutique services, we are unable to fill empty appointment spots without at least a one-week notice, and we enforce a strict cancellation and no-show policy.

We kindly ask you to reserve a full day away from work or other commitments to accommodate your appointment and focus entirely on enjoying your experience. Please plan to make immediate payment following your portrait reveal for any additional legacy items or image upgrades you add, noting that no physical or digital products are released on our payment plan until your balance is paid in full via cash, credit, debit, or check.

02 / CANCELLATIONS, FEES & GUARANTEES

Requests to reschedule the first time within 5 days (120 hours) of your scheduled appointment will incur a mandatory $150 rebooking fee. However, each client receives one free emergency rebooking request per photoshoot to safely accommodate sudden weather events, personal illness, or emergencies—including North Dakota winter weather conditions, which we actively monitor for travel safety postponements. For any subsequent reschedules beyond your first emergency request, a $500 rebooking fee applies to compensate our stylist and secure the day.

Cancellations and no-shows will not receive a refund, and if you choose to rebook later, you must start the process over with a brand-new payment. Gift certificates, promotions, and special discounts are voided when an appointment time is canceled or rescheduled outside of our standard promotional window.

We guarantee you will love your final images; session fees are non-refundable, but if you are unhappy, you must notify us at your photo preview before choosing images to initiate our reshoot protocol. A reshoot requires you to wear your original outfits and permanently deletes the original images, and requests for replacement sessions made after final image delivery or product manufacturing will not be honored. The studio explicitly reserves the right to refuse future business or photo requests to protect our workflow and team.

PAYMENT PLAN POLICY

01 / ENROLLMENT & AUTOMATIC INSTALLMENTS

We are thrilled to be able to offer a payment plan on most of our packages. If you choose to utilize our payment plan option, please note that you will be required to provide a credit or debit card that will be able to take an automatic payment at the same time each month from when you booked your shoot package. Payment plans are set up 2–4 months in length and may be interest and fee-free depending upon whether you are booking within a promotional period. Because we are offering a delayed payment option for you, the total shoot package cost may be slightly higher as a fee is included in your payment plan price (unless we are offering a promotion). We highly recommend using a credit card rather than a debit card because, at times, debit cards can be declined due to daily banking credit limits.

02 / FAILED PAYMENTS, FEES & ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS

If we experience a failed auto-payment or a declined card, we will reach out to you via text or email to notify you of the error and give you an opportunity to correct the card or update the information. We will issue you 3 business days to update/correct the information and make payment. If no payment is received within that timeframe, or you fail to respond to our inquiries, your shoot date will be removed from our calendar and you will be automatically issued a credit for payments received toward a regular-priced package in our studio with no expiration. This credit will act as a gift certificate with all the same laws that apply to gift cards/certificate issued in the State of North Dakota, and any promotions you had secured will automatically be forfeited without exception. After two failed/declined cards during an auto-pay period, your subscription will automatically be canceled and you will not be able to restart it; we will have to issue manual invoices to fulfill your subscription auto-pay, which will be subject to a $25 fee per invoice due upon receipt.

No images or products will be released until all payments are fulfilled. If a client has had consistent issues with our payment plan and has had delayed or failed payments for any reason, we may request you pay any remaining balance the day of service PRIOR to receiving that service (including hair and makeup services). Finally, we reserve the right to decline future bookings for clients who do not fulfill payment plan options which require more work on the part of our staff to secure payment for our services, or they may have to pay the full balance upfront at the time of booking.
